Refund Policy

1.    Cancellation: Users can cancel their vehicle transport service at any time before the scheduled pickup date. A cancellation fee may apply based on the timing of the cancellation directly through the transport company.

2.    Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible based on the following criteria:
   •    Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund minus a processing fee.
   •    Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time: Partial refund with a percentage deduction based on expenses incurred and the proximity to the pickup time.
   •    No-show or cancellation after the scheduled pickup time: No refund will be issued.

    

3.    Refund Process: To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team with their booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

    

4.    Exceptions: Refunds may not be applicable in cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, etc.) or if the cancellation is due to the customer’s failure to provide accurate information.

    

5.    Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team.
